Learning Objectives
When you graduate, you’ll be able to:

Reflect on how the fundamental principles of effective language teaching can be adhered to, regardless of technological or pedagogical resources.

Gain an awareness of what is important for learning to take place, with a focus on pedagogy first, resources second.

Explore the different resources that are readily available and low-cost, and that can be used to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

Select appropriate resources for teaching the four skills at different student age and proficiency levels.

Design an English language lesson using one of the resources explored in the course.
Requirements to take this course:

18 years of age.

An intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (B1 level, according to the CEFR, the Common European Framework Reference for Language).

Teaching experience or a general TEFL/TESOL certificate (recommended).
